The beds, the view from the room, more updating.

The hotel was nice, boutique style hotel.The room was fine, but I did not think it was 4 star hotel. The location was great!

No parking - only valet parking available.

This hotel was great. We arrived in Victoria four hours before check in and went to the hotel to see if they could hold our suitcase. They were more than accommodating and ended up giving us a key to our room on the spot. We had a great view of the government building. The location is amazing - right in the middle of town. Excellent location, romantic setting, customer service was awesome, great value for the money. Quiet property yet close to everything in downtown Victoria.
